We missed it! A couple of days ago, while posting about liquid nitrogen ice cream, I should have been patting us on the back for our four hundredth post! How exciting! I guess we'll have to celebrate number 402 today!

We have loved blogging and interacting with all of our readers. Even though it is a lot of work, I especially love doing a post-a-day during July, National Ice Cream Month.
